What You Need to Attend Tryouts

Before coming to B First Volleyball Club tryouts, please make sure you have completed the following steps and bring the required documents with you.
1. OVR/USAV Membership
Purchase or provide your current OVR/USAV membership number. Since 2024–25 season memberships have expired, you will need to purchase a tryout membership.
This can be done through the OVR website. Follow the directions to purchase a tryout membership here: OVR Membership Registration.​
Bring a digital or paper copy of your membership with you to tryouts!
2. USAV Medical Form

Print out and complete the required USAV Medical Form. This form does not need to be signed by a physician.

Bring a paper copy of the medical form with you to tryouts.

3. B First Tryout Registration
​
Complete the B First Volleyball Tryout Registration online. The cost of registration is $20.

4. Attend Tryouts
Make sure you know what session to attend. Refer to the tryout schedule to confirm your time. We suggest players wear:
* Shorts or spandex
* Socks & tennis shoes
* A t-shirt you can change out of to put on a tryout t-shirt
* Knee pads (if you have them)
* Bring a water bottle
